Hi,
I'm back with my Story.........
So finally, it was 7th April 1990, the day when we left our homeland(mine family), leaving behind our ancestrol property....
It was 12'o clock midnight, truck driver knocked our door saying sirji , truck is ready, "Saaman laiye and truck main rakh dijiye".
Then i also applied for the admission and got into......My school changed before i could have appeared for my 4th STD exam...School timings were 2-6,the evening shift. So from 4th -10th std i studied in 2nd(evening) shift. The hot sunny temperature outside and my school starts that time.
Again in the schools we faced the racialism among morning shift and evening shift..
Many times Morning batch students locks the classroom, we had to study in the shed outside, during a hot summer day.
Slowly and steadily, time starts moving on. I get used to that life. From my home front we faced the water scarcity , fear of our stay in landlord home. After a 7 long years of our stay in vijay aunties house, we had to shift our place....We came to subash nagar. In the new house we faced so many other problems like water scarcity problem.....I was in the 9th std.Space was not enough to study.I passed my 10th STD......
During all the passing years ,kashmiri migrants faced lots of problems for the survival.
Then finally I was in my 12th STD and my dad planned to construct our own house...I passed my +2 exams with not so flying colors. In the mean time, house got ready and we shifted in our home...
I got my admission for BCA in yamuna nagar, jagadhari(Haryana)..... I moved to hostel....
Spent my 3 precious years of my life in hostel. The days i can never forget....
Got my admission in IMT faridabad, for MCA after my graduation was over.....
Completed my post graduation in year 2007, and then finally reached bangalore(As my brother has already settled down in bangalore) ....Got my dream job here, so nowadayz i'm here in bangalore faraway from my family, home ,parents...Mom -dad is in jammu, brother is in US with bhabhi and i'm here in bengaluru...

Slowly and steadily , putting our luggages,
Next the highway road between srinagar and jammu was jammed.we were stucked on the highway for complete 2 days.
My mom prepared the meals into the truck. After a long wait of 2 days we reached Jammu city.
There my bua's daughter has already taken a room for accomdation. so we all stayed there at bua's place for one week. After one week of struggle , we hired one room set,no kitchen into, made a place for kitchen there,my mom , dadi used to get up at 4 'o clk in the morning to collect the water.
Then next step was our admissions( mine and my bhai's)
My bro's crucial year(Tenth standard)- so finally he got an admission in Dewan Badrinath Vidya mandir
i got admission for 4th standard in the same school.
Then we shifted our accomodation to a 2 room set.
Few months later on some moments of happiness came on the eve of my uncle's marriage..
Once my auntie came to our house, again we faced the accomodation problem, water issues, and so many other issues.
Me and my brother suffered in terms of studies as there was less accomodation and we had to manage in it..
It was a hot summer day and no water. Water comes for half an hour,There were so many wen i dint tak bath....I was in my 4th std and i used to help my mom to collect the water. many times I had my bath at neighbours place in the early hours of morning.....
Sometimes i feel i left my childhood in srinagar and i couldn't enjoy my childhood , like others did....
1 year passed and then government annouced free admission of kashmiri migrant students in Kendriya vidyalaya throughout india.......

We fought for our survival and got survived.....
In the end i can only say that education is most important thing in life . Money, property, land ,nothing is forever. These things are temporary phases in life.It usually come in and out but it is only education that is long lasting, that will remain with you in all kinds of circumstances and one can fight with the destiny and change the destiny if we are educated.
That's it. This is my story.....A story of one ordinary girl.........
